Welcome to [Luminary light shows] (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of xLights sequences. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

 

 

1. Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission. You agree to use the site and our products for lawful, non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise specified.

 

 

2. Digital Products – xLights Sequences

We sell xLights sequences, which are custom-programmed files designed for use with xLights software to synchronize lighting displays with music.

  • All purchases are digital downloads and are non-refundable.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your display layout and software version are compatible before purchasing.

  • Sequences are sold as-is; we do not provide custom setup support unless stated or purchased separately.

 

 

3. License Agreement

By purchasing an xLights sequence, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal use license.
 Unless a commercial license is explicitly purchased, you may not:

  • Use sequences for paid or ticketed shows, commercial events, or displays with sponsors.

  • Sell, share, or distribute the sequences (even modified versions).

  • Upload our sequences or parts of them to public repositories, forums, or sharing platforms.

 

 

4. Display Layouts & Mapping

Our sequences are typically built using a default layout. You are responsible for mapping the sequence to your own layout within xLights.
 We may provide mapping services or support upon request for an additional fee.

 

 

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All sequences, audio timings (excluding copyrighted music), and original effects remain the sole property of [Luminary light shows].
 Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or public distribution is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

 

 

6. Music Licensing

Music files are not included with the sequences. You are responsible for purchasing or obtaining legal access to the audio files separately. We may provide links to the music for convenience, but we do not host or sell music.

 

 

7. Account Security

To purchase or download sequences, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

 

 

8. No Warranty

Sequences are provided "as-is" without warranty. We are not responsible for any damages, display malfunctions, or issues arising from the use of our sequences or their integration with your setup.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall [Luminary light shows] be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the sequences or website.

 

 

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
